Bio

The formation of DIE BY THE SWORD began in mid 2005 evolving from an array of influences by five dudes from the mountains of North Carolina. The outstanding stage presence and brutal sound of what todays metal should be is why DIE BY THE SWORD is leaving their mark on the music scene. With the hardest hitting drums, melodic yet heavy guitar rifts, the extensive and bottomless bass and the in-your-face, aggressive vocals top everything off. Sharing the stage with acts such as He is Legend(Solid State) Across Five Aprils, Against All Authority (Hopeless Records), Bobmshell, Brain Failure (China), The Code, Crime in Stereo, Seneca, Yearling, and Vaera you’ll be sure to catch an amazing show by these guys!

Hell of a show

Saturday night was amazing! Thanks to everyone who came out and banged their heads. It was the biggest show we as a band have played. Hopefully we can keep having shows like that.

isn't 'angel and the badman' a john wayne movie, you guys remind me of the days when i drank jack straight from the bottle, did bump for days, had no mattress so slept in my guitar case[and with chicks, until they turned on the lights and saw what they were sleeping in the next morning], and eating jumbo jacks durning the week after scraping up 99-cents, no cheese couldn't afford that drank all the money up on friday, my harley and strippers and chicks for days...thanks for the memories.....fuck yeah, Jostel
